The Network Miner web interface was implemented using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Java. The queries to the server are implemented in Java connecting to a MySQL Server and a plain text file with the interactomes information. The visualization tool was implemented using HTML, JavaScript and SVG from HTML5. HTLM5 standard is extensively supported by modern web browsers such as Google Chrome 14+, Microsoft Internet Explorer 9, Mozilla Firefox 6+ or Apple Safari 5+.
