Unsupervised classification: clustering
The following activities present cases where we want to group samples or biological elements (genes, microRNAs …) using the different classification methods without supervision or clustering.
Sometimes, the input comes from the group of differentially expressed genes from other works done in Babelomics (in which case we can directly the input for the differential expression work in the clustering module, without the need to load the data again), or we go up our expression data matrix and group the samples or genes of interest.
In this link clustering techniques are described in Babelomics in detail.
