This section of the wiki, will explain the different functionalities of the projects section, accessible via this icon:
When starting Phylemon creates for you a default project in which you will be working by default.
Projects management page
To manage your project click on the projects' icon,
On this page is presented a list of all your projects.
At the top you can find 5 options to create a new project, collapse your project (in order to reduce the amount of information displayed) or expand all (in order to see precisely the jobs contained in each project). Two different view are also available, Tree view allow user to see job dependences.
Working with one project
For each project you will be able to find options and indicators:
to edit the project (only visible when mouse is over)
to delete it (only visible when mouse is over)
information about the amount of memory used by the project
/ to signify that the project is active/inactive. If you have more then one project you can switch an inactive project to active by clicking on its . (only one project can be active)
passing mouse over this information icon, your project description will appear.
/ to show/hide the jobs inside the project.
Create My first project
Lets create our first project. Click on the link corresponding to the creation of a new project , and enter the project name and description.
You have now a new project set as active (your old default project is automatically switch to inactive)
