We are proud to announce the release of a new web suite for the analysis of Seria Gene Expression Data. The SEA suite integrates five different algorithms for univariate, multivariate and gene-set analysis of time-course and serial transcriptomics.

Researchers from the Bioinformatics and Genomics Department of the CIPF and the Regensburg University reported online today in PLoS Genetics that they have used genomics to start uncovering the three-dimensional characteristics of the nucleolus, a dense protein and nucleic acid structure in the cell's nucleus.
