The course will consist of morning presentations and partical sesions in the afternoon. The last course day is dedicated to share and discuss aspects of high-throughput annotation of sequence data.

Attendees will have on-line access to:

• Course material (presentations: theory and worked examples)
  
• Blast2GO tutorial
  
• Example data sets
  

Your are very welcome to bring your own datasets and your own laptop.
In case of bringing your laptop, you need to have Java (version 1.5 or higher) installed (this is default in most operating systems). Please, indicate if your are bringing your data and/or laptop at the registration site.
