These exercises show how to design and analyze panel genes in the clinical context oriented to diagnosis.
- Input: one or several VCF files and a panel gene.
- Output: different formats of results, including selected variants related to a specific disease.
We are working from TEAM. Several steps:
- Upload VCF files in TEAM and automatically these files will be indexed and annotated.
- Upload or design a panel of genes.
- Analyze your data.
